Important Information for our 2024 Volunteers
We are incredibly grateful to all our volunteers for their dedication and hard work in making After Prom a success. Whether you contributed a few hours or dedicated countless Monday nights over the past year, your efforts have made a huge difference. Thank you for your unwavering support and commitment!
New this year - per district policy all volunteers must be preregistered with VMS on file. While we appreciate volunteer interest in decorating, we will be forced to turn away volunteers who do not receive VMS approval.
To volunteer to decorate prior to After Prom
To volunteer to decorate:

Please contact our decorating chairperson.

All decorators must register their driver's license with the WCASD Visitor Management System.

All volunteers who arrive prior to 2:30 must also have clearances and disclaimers on file. (see below).

No volunteers will be permitted to enter without completing these two steps.
Important note for volunteers for the night of After Prom
WCASD requires clearances to be on file in the Henderson Office.

Volunteers must also complete the Visitor Management System (VMS) registration prior to After Prom.
If you are available to help during After Prom, please contact our Volunteer Chair. Follow the steps, above, for Clearances and VMS.
